Team's Performance

Q247 allows you to track and monitor the performance of project teams. It analyzes every increment delivered by the team and calculates the effort required to deliver a given change.

You can access the team from the Teams view, available in the main menu.

The following performance data is available for each team:

• Total effort invested in the team (calories, commits, lines), with the ability to analyze data across different time periods.
• Total team performance across your organization, allowing comparisons between different teams.

Administrators can manage teams directly in the platform — they can create and delete teams, assign developers, and change a team's position within the organizational structure.
