  • First increment date: The date when the team recorded its first completed increment or work unit, marking the start of measurement or project activity.
  • Last increment date: The date when the most recent increment was completed, indicating the end of the analyzed period.
  • Duration: The total number of calendar days between the first and last increments — representing the overall time frame of the analysis.
  • Duration (working days): The number of working days within the analysis period, excluding weekends.
  • Calories per Day: The average amount of effort (measured in calories) contributed by the team per calendar day during the entire period.
  • Increments per Day: The average number of completed increments or work units the team delivers per day.
  • Calories: The total sum of effort (calories) invested by the team throughout the analyzed period.

  • Calories per Person (per Day): The average effort (calories) contributed by a single team member per working day.
  • Calories per Person: The total effort (calories) attributed to each team member over the analyzed period.
  • Team Capacity: The total number of team members involved during the period.
