Developer Performance metrics

Participant metrics on the screen pertain to the general monitoring and evaluation of an individual or team's performance and activity within a project or organization. These metrics help track progress and work efficiency over time. Key elements include:

  • First increment date: The date when the participant made their first significant step or increment within the project.
  • Last increment date: The date when the participant made their last recorded step or increment.
  • Duration: The total time, measured in days, between the first and last increment.
  • Duration (working days): The number of working days during the participant's active period.
  • Calories per Day: A measure of activity expressed in calories per day.
  • Increments per day: The average number of increments or completed steps per day.
  • Calories: The total sum of calories, which can be interpreted as the participant's overall contribution or effort.
  • Increments: The number of performed steps, changes, or completed work units.
  • Calories per increment: The average calorie value per increment or completed work unit.
