Developer's Performance

Q247 allows to track and monitor individual performance of each of yours developers. It scans every increment of the person and calculates effort needed to deliver given change.

You can access developer's performance metrics either from Participants view or from a given project's performance view.

Following performance data is available for each of the developers:

• performance within given project (calories, commits, lines). You can see performance across multiple time periods.
• total individual performance in your organization so you can compare developer agains other people in your organization
• projects where the developer participated in your organization
